The surface area to be disturbed by the amendment is owned by Ada Powers and Don Bunch. The amendment will underlie land owned by Ada Powers and&nbsp; Don Bunch. The operation will use the area and auger methods of surface mining.&nbsp; The operation will affect an area within 100 feet of public road KY 1064. The operation will not involve relocation or closure of the public road.
