The real property above consists of two (2) separate tracts that lie adjacent to each other.&nbsp; Each tract cannot be divided without materially impairing its value or the interest of the parties hereto. The real property shall be sold separately and as a whole to produce the sum of money so ordered to be made.&nbsp; The sale of the tracts which brings highest combined gross sale proceeds is the sale which will be confirmed by the Court. 2.
