Dr. David Williams, Chairperson Planning &amp; Zoning Commission &nbsp; NOTICE OF HEARING Whitley County, Kentucky General Obligation Refunding Bonds Series 2013 (Refunding of General Obligation and Revenue Bonds) Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Notification of Intent to Finance and Application for Debt Approval from the Whitley County Fiscal Court requesting the State Local Debt Officer to approve the financial plan whereby the County proposes to issue County of Whitley, Kentucky General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2013 in a principal amount not to exceed $8,000,000. The proceeds will be used to refund a General Obligation, Series 2002 for the detention facility and a Series 2000AD Revenue Bond.
