The judgment against the Defendant, Benny Randle, plus costs, is as follows: (1) The Defendant, Benny Randle is indebted to the Plaintiff, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., in the sum of $6,844.46, which includes the amount owed on the loan as well as attorney fees and costs, with interest thereon at the contract rate of 9.75% per annum from September 27, 2012 until the date of entry hereof, and thereafter at the contract rate, until paid for all of which the Plaintiff shall have judgment in rem, together with interest and the costs of this action: Said property address is: 1040 Hamblin Hollow Road, Williamsburg, KY 40769.
