Hwy 25W, Williamsburg, KY 40769.&nbsp; The new permit number will be 918-0467.&nbsp; The surface coal mining and reclamation operation is located approximately 2.5 miles northwest of the community of Jellico Creek in McCreary and Whitley Counties.&nbsp; The operation disturbs 281.49 surface acres and an additional 115.93 acres will underlie the permit area. The total permit boundary is 397.42 acres.&nbsp; No new acreage is affected by this transfer. The operation is approximately 0.15 miles northeast and 0.15 miles south of KY Route 1673&rsquo;s junction with KY Route 92, and is located 0.1 miles south and 0..1 miles north of Pleasant Run of Jellico Creek.
