Creasy d\/b\/a Mountain Service Company, plus costs, are as follows: (1) The principle sum of Judgment on Note 1 in the amount of $76,689.64, together with interest that has accrued thereon as of June 17, 2009, accruing at the rate of $15.11 per diem, until the date of judgment, and thereafter at the maximum legal rate until full paid, plus applicable late fees. The principle sum of Judgment on Note 2 in the amount of $6,671.97, together with interest that has accrued thereon as of June 5, 2009, accruing at the rate of $1.73 per diem, until the date of judgment, and thereafter at the maximum legal rate until fully paid plus applicable late fees.
