According to Sheriff John Root, deputies arrested 33-year-old Jessica Collette at a location on Douglas Blvd. in Lily. Deputies were called to the scene about 6:15 p.m. in response to a complaint of a fight involving two women. Root stated that when deputies arrested Collette she began to curse and scream at the other woman. \u201cThis subject continued to curse and make threats to the other involved party and threated to kill deputies and their families,\u201d Root said of Collette. \u201cAt the detention facility this subject continued to curse and kick at deputies and jail staff. Collette was charged with fourth-degree assault \u2013 domestic violence, second-degree disorderly conduct, public intoxication \u2013 controlled substances and third-degree terroristic threatening and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. Collette is being held on a $2,500 cash bond."}
