Kolvek, born in 1986, one headlight, reckless driving, failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance, second-degree fleeing or evading police &#8211; 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, $550 fine of which all but $150 is probated, plus court costs. David A. Randle, born in 1986, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol &#8211; 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, $100 fine plus court costs. Johnny D. Rountree Jr., born in 1992, fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury &#8211; 12-month jail sentence probated for two years after first 30 days are served, court costs, must attend two narcotics anonymous\/alcoholics anonymous meetings weekly.
