Haynes, born in 1989, third-degree criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol &#8211; 12-month jail sentence, $193 fines and court costs. Michael Leach, born in 1967, failure to wear seatbelts, driving on a DUI suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia &#8211; 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, must attend two Narcotics Anonymous\/Alcoholics Anonymous meetings weekly, $25 fine plus court costs.
