The individuals arrested and the charges they face include: Bonnie York, 37, of Corbin, whom deputies say was driving the vehicle. York was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies found several needles along with other paraphernalia on her person. Amy Jones, 36, of London, was charged with public intoxication \u2013 controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance \u2013 methamphetamine. Acciardo said deputies found Jones standing at the teller\u2019s window and when they searched her, they recovered suspected methamphetamine along with a hypodermic needle. Clay Mosley, 43, of London was charged with public intoxication \u2013 controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substance prescriptions not in proper container. Acciardo said deputies found several needles and assorted prescription pills on Mosley\u2019s person. In addition, deputies served Mosley with two outstanding bench warrants out of Whitley County, charging him with failure to appear in court on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance \u2013 methamphetamine. James Weaver, 40, of Lily was charged with public intoxication \u2013 controlled substances, controlled substance not in proper container and possession of drug paraphernalia. Acciardo said deputies found an unmarked pill bottle containing prescription pills on Weaver\u2019s person. Robert Upham, 39, of Corbin was charged with public intoxication \u2013 controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. \u201cThe subject stated he took meth earlier,\u201d Acciardo said of Upham adding deputies found several needles on Upham\u2019s person. In addition, deputies served Upham with several outstanding Whitley County bench warrants charging him with failure to appear in court on charges of public intoxication \u2013 controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. The individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Facility. Deputy Sgt. Brett Reeves and Deputy Brandon Broughton initially responded to the scene. They were assisted by Detective Kyle Gray and Deputy Joshon Morgan and Kentucky State Police Division of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer Chris McQueen. &nbsp;"}
