He is survived by his loving mother, Entha Durham; step-father, Homer Brewer; father, Dean Owens; daughters, Jenny Teague (Brandon), Tira Lawson, and Olivia Danyelle Garcia: grandchildren, Kaleb Shelton, Trinity Shelton, Jace Gibson, Conner Gibson, and Elizabeth Gibson; sisters, Gina Lawson (David) and Rhonda Foister (James); nephews, Cody Lawson and Ryan Foister; niece, Sophia Foister; aunts and uncles, James Hill, Barbara Moul, David Powers (Kathy), Mark Pawers and Rosa Perkins (George); special cousins, Pamela Smiddy and Lori Powers; special niece, Ava Lynn Lawson; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shonda Renee Curnutt; aunt, Lucy Tanner; mammaw, Bernice Powers; great-grandfather, Ephraine Powers, and nephew, Anthony (Sue) Powers; and uncle, James (Beaver) Powers. A celebration of Danny\u2019s life was held at the David Powers Family Cemetery in Williamsburg, Kentucky, in a graveside service on Tuesday, March 19. The ceremony honored his legacy, life, and the profound impact he had on all those who knew him. Danny\u2019s spirit will live on through the memories he created and the love he shared with those around him. May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be eternally missed.
