Chris McQueen, one of the event organizers said the first cruise-in held in May at Cumberland Falls State Park featured more than 300 entries. Vehicles of all types, including customs and classics, are welcome. \u201cIf you think your car is a hot rod or classic, or if you have a tractor, motorcycle or even lawn mower that you want to show off, bring it,\u201d McQueen said. \u201cWe accept all entries.\u201d Entry is free. Main Street will be closed to traffic beginning about 3:30 p.m. so that owners may begin to bring in their entries. The entries will be angle-parked facing toward the middle. The theme of this cruise-in will be \u201cMopar Madness.\u201d McQueen said all makes and models are welcome, but there will be a special area set aside for Chrysler brands. The event officially kicks off at 4 p.m. with music provided by \u201cGary\u2019s Sound Machine.\u201d In addition, vendors will be set up at NIBROC Park. There will also be games, assorted drawings and door prizes. Hillview Stables will have its \u201ctrain\u201d in town providing rides. The train will pick up and drop off passengers at the corner of Main and First Street next to The Depot on Main restaurant. Individuals are welcome and encouraged to bring any extra parts or accessories that they are looking to sell, or come down and see if they can find a bargain. \u201cIf you are looking for something or have something auto related, bring it,\u201d McQueen said. Weather is forecast to be a mix of clouds and sunshine with temperatures in the low 80s. On Friday night, organizers will be hosting a block party in the parking lot behind Sanders Park in Corbin. \u201cIt is just something to get everybody prepared and pumped up for the cruise in,\u201d McQueen said adding the event will kick off about 5 p.m. More information is available on the Cumberland Valley Cruise In Facebook page."}
