Willie was born on July 20, 1952 in Jellico, Tennessee to Alonzo “Trapper” and Oma Jane Goins Siler. He was married and divorced to Linda Case. Willie was a Veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam era, member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 90 and a former member of the Whitley County Historical Society. Preceding Willie in death are his father and mother; his brothers, Dewey “Bud”, and Grant Siler; his sisters, Geraldine and Opal Siler, and Josephine Faulkner; and niece, Patricia Hamblin. Survivors are his stepchildren; sisters, Priscilla Faulkner and Lavada Potter; and brother, Roy and wife, Alice Siler; nephews, Randy, Johnny, Joe, Steve, Greg and Danny Siler and Carl, Dewey, Tommy and Kenny Faulkner; nieces, Lois Jane Davis, Cathy Zerheusen, Gail Pennington, Janet Griffith, Angela Pennington, Tina Ping, Lisa Smith, Karmen Siler, and Regina Barnhill; and many friends, cousins, and loved ones left to mourn his passing. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 28, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 28, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Siler officiating. Burial will be in Siler Cemetery at Verne at a later date. Military honors will be conducted by Jellico American Legion.
