Starting at 5 p.m. Friday, South Third Street will be closed from the red light at the intersection of Cumberland Avenue to the top of the hill by the Whitley County Public Library stopping at the Front Street entrance. Also, North Fourth Street from Sycamore Street to Main Street will be closed during the same time period.
