She was born on February 28, 1966 in Toledo, OH to the late Elson Parson and Elsie (Stepp) Parson. She was also preceded in death by a son, Joey Duza. She is survived by two children, Gracelyn Young and John Parsons; three sisters, Betty Coci of Toledo, OH and Penny Smallwood and Teresa Canada (Dewey) of Williamsburg; a brother, Elson Parson of Toledo, OH; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
