Born in Harlan, KY, she was the daughter of the late Cawood Arlie Bergman and Margaret Lillian Pittman Bergman. Sharon was a nurse retired from Baptist Regional Medical Center. She was also preceded in death by a son Mark David Bergman and sister Gwendolyn E. Bergman Elam. She is survived by her husband Jerry Scott; children, Timi Reedy, Dr. Harold Reedy (Mary Anne), and Leslie “Kandi” Reedy; brothers, Ronald E. Bergman and Paul E. Bergman; and grandchildren, William, Harrison, Andrew and Caroline Reedy. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
