Louetta “Luly” Hamblin Louetta “Luly” Hamblin, 71, of Williamsburg, passed away Saturday October 31, 2015 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico TN. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Monday, November 2, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 3, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
