Champ Hicks Champ Hicks, 74 of New Castle, IN, formerly of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Saturday April 25, 2015 at his home. Willard Ball Willard Ball, 77, a long time resident of Madison Heights, MI passed away on Saturday, April 18th, 2015.
