She was born on May 10, 1933 in Packard, Kentucky to the late Harley Morris Dale and the late Etta Mae (Rains) Dale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Gorman Creekmore; brother, Clifford T. Dale; and sister, Ginger Carolyn Dale. She is survived by her son, Steven Glenn Creekmore and Kathy Robin Stevens of Corbin, Kentucky; granddaughter, April Sharon Davidson of Corbin, Kentucky and great-grandchild, Sean Aaron McKiddy of Corbin, Kentucky; sister, Virginia Carol Byrd of Alexandria, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Toni, Greg, Jeff, Sean, Jimmy, and Ginger. Visitation will be 12:00 PM till the funeral hour on Wednesday, June 22, at the Croley Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 22, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Mullins officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Highland Park Cemetery.
