He was born May 04, 1973 in Sidney, OH. Mitchell is survived by her mother, June Rookard  of Williamsburg; father, Varnell Rookard of Newcomb, TN: brothers, Scott Rookard, Robert Rookard both of Williamburg; and a host of friends and family to mourn his passing. The family will receive friends for visitation from 12 (noon) to 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Harp Funeral Home Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community).
