She was born April 6, 1981, in Oneida, Tennessee. Gail was preceded in death by grandchildren, Ariella Maylee Grace Taylor, and Ryder Christopher Taylor; brother, George Odell Green; father, Troy Riseden; and dad, Jessie Morgan. She is survived by son, Danny Galen Taylor and wife Tessa Celeste Taylor; grandson, Grayson Ray Taylor; mother, Stella (Green) Morgan; fiancé, Ronnie King; sister, Frances Elizabeth Green; and a host of family and friends to mourn her passing. Graveside service will be on Tuesday, November 14, in the Nelson-Green Family Cemetery with Ref. H. Lee Ray officiating. Burial will follow in the Nelson-Green Family Cemetery, Scott County, TN. Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
