Mary Martha Posey Lay, 77, of Elk Valley (Pioneer), TN passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at her daughters home with her family by her side. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 19, in the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jerry Norman and Rev. Harold “Pete” Norman officiating. Burial was held Sunday, March 20, in the Valley View Cemetery (Pioneer), TN. Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
