Forty-two-year-old Roger Sizemore was indicted on charges of second-degree assault, first-degree fleeing or evading police and first-degree persistent felony offender. The charges stem from an incident on Jan. 30 during which Sizemore allegedly drug Deputy Tommy Houston alongside his vehicle as Houston was attempting to detain him.
