BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF CORBIN, KENTUCKY, as follows: SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 1507, enacted on February 27, 1940 and relating to and prohibiting any City Officer from engaging, directly or indirectly, in the sale of beer or any other alcoholic liquor, is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION TWO: Any elected City of Corbin elected official, City of Corbin officer, or City of Corbin employee found in violation of this Ordinance or any part of same by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Corbin, Kentucky, shall be subject to removal from office and/or termination of employment by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Corbin, Kentucky. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF CORBIN, KENTUCKY, as follows: SECTION ONE: Ordinance No. 2379 is hereby amended and shall read as follows: That the dumping, throwing or disposing of paper and/or waste material or refuse upon the sidewalks of the City of Corbin, or in any manner littering such streets and sidewalks, except for the purpose of regular City garbage pickup, be and the same is now hereby prohibited. That any person, firm or corporation, or other entity, found guilty of violating the provision of Section 1 above, shall be fined not less than $1.00 $50.00 nor more than $10.00 $200.00 for each offense and the Whitley District Court and the Knox District Court shall have jurisdiction and venue to adjudicate the violation(s) of this Ordinance.
