The operation disturbs 45.48 surface acres and auger mining underlies 82 acres for permitted total acres of 127.48.  No new acreage is affected by the transfer. The proposed operation is located approximately 1.43 miles southwest from Ky 1064  junction with McNeil-Corn Creek  Road and located 1.06 miles  south of the Corn Creek.
