Written comments or objections must be filed with the Director, Division of Mine Permits, #2 Hudson Hollow Complex, U.S. 127 South, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.   NOTICE OF BOND RELEASE In accordance with the provisions of KRS 350.093, notice is hereby given that Monties Resources, LLC, 4184 S HWY. 25W Williamsburg, KY. 40769 has applied for a Phase I Bond Release on Increment No. 2 of Permit No. 918-0408 which was last issued on 3-10-2009.  This application covers an area of approximately 12.58 surface acres located approximately 0.1 miles south of Corn Creek in Whitley County, Kentucky.  The permit is approximately 0.4 miles southwest of Corn Creek McNeil Hollow Roads junction with State Route 1064 and located approximately 0.5 miles SE of Corn Creek Church.
