He was born May 30, 1950 in Whitley County, to the late Andy J. Lowe and Mattie Siler Lowe. He is survived by his wife, Helen Lowe of Williamsburg; two children Chad Lowe (Mildred) of Newcomb, TN and Chris Lowe of Williamsburg;  grandchild Caitlin Lowe of Newcomb, TN;  mother Mattie Lowe of Williamsburg; sister Rita Lowe of Williamsburg;  two brothers, Cecil Lowe (Faye) of Lexington, Charles Lowe of Williamsburg; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 19, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cecil Lowe officiating.
