She was born in Hazard, KY and was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ratliff in 2016. She was a loving mother and wife, and enjoyed watching basketball. Karen is survived by her husband, Harry Watts; daughter, Kaylee Watts; mother, Glenna Smith Ratliff; sister, Tina Babb and children, Ben and Tristan Roark, and Mikey Babb. The funeral service was held Saturday, January 19, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Rev. John Moore and Rev. Donnie Oliver officiating. Burial followed in the Calvary Cemetery.
