She was born August 14, 1934 in Whitley County, Ky. to the late Walter and Hettie Campbell Stephens. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Howard “Red” Neal. She is survived by one son, Ronnie Neal (Elizabeth) of Williamsburg, Ky.; two daughters, Brenda F. Neal of Williamsburg, Ky. and Sue Lewis (Danny) of Williamsburg, Ky.; one grandson, Samuel Lewis; one granddaughter, Tonya Privett; four great-granddaughters, Bailee Privett, Molly Grace Harmon, Payton Harmon and Jaycee Harmon; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
