Johnie C. Rapier, 82, of Woodbine passed away Monday, August 8, 2016, at his home. Funeral services will be held Saturday in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Logan officiating. Burial will be in the Dowis Chapel Cemetery.
