He was born January 6, 1940 in Harlan, KY. to the late Herbert and Leuna Lay Veach. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a son Little James Veach; two daughters, Diana Veach and Donna Estep. He is survived by one daughter, Debra Perkins (Gary) of Jellico, TN,; two sons, Jerry Veach of Williamsburg, KY, and Andrew Veach (Betty) of Williamsburg, KY; six grandchildren, Travis Tiller, Shea Tiller, Tabitha Estep Lee, Joshua Estep, Wendy Vermillion and Jessica Veach; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Louise Moses of Williamsburg, KY, and Geneva Lowe of Williamsburg, KY; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
