She is survived by her husband, Harold Goins. Funeral services were held Monday, February 10, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Smith and Tommy Patrick officiating. Burial followed at Barbourville Cemetery. Hart Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
