She was born June 15, 1965, in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Marie is preceded in death by her husband, James Allen Hoover; father, John Henry Fuston; mother, Rachel (Johnson) Norman; brothers, James Norman, and Clarence Norman. She is survived by son, Joshua Hoover; daughters, Penny Smith and husband Benjamin, and Kayla Dixon; grandchildren, Timothy Hall, Aubreigh Dixon, Bentley Dixon, Benjamin Smith, and Juliana Smith; brothers, Jesse Luke Norman, and Bill Norman; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing. The family will receive friends from 12 pm until the funeral hour at 2 pm on Monday April 17, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Hoover and Rev. Tom Ayers officiating. Burial will follow in the Hoover-Norman Cemetery in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Harp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
