Herman R. Hubbs, 74, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Hillcrest Nursing Home. The funeral service was held Tuesday at the Flat Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Ricky Bart Smith officiating. Burial was in the Hubbs Cemetery Hart Funeral Home of Corbin was in charge of the arrangements.
