He was born March 1, 1946 in Leslie County, kentucky. Herman was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper Roberts and Dallie Sizemore Roberts; five brothers; four sisters; and two great grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Sandra Adams Roberts; three daughters, Kimberly Combs, Melanie (John) Hite and Patricia (Billy) Saylor; one brother George Roberts, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Walker Funeral Home of Cincinnati assisted the Roberts family with the arrangements.
