Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 12, at New Hope Ministries Church of God. Rev. Paula Farmer, Rev. Michael Addison, and Rev. Paul Cooper officiating. Burial followed in the Resthaven Cemetery Mausoleum in Baxter, KY. Full military rites will be conducted by the Harlan Honor Guard. Hart Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.
