He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Smerilda Feliciano. Graveside service and burial for Mr. Feliciano will be conducted on Tuesday, November 23 at 3:30 p.m. at the Corinth Cemetery in Corbin, KY with Rev. James Paul officiating.
