Donald Ray Napier, 73, of Lily passed away Saturday, July 16 at his home. The funeral was held July 18 with Rev. Charles Henson officiating. Burial followed in the McHargue Cemetery. Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
