He was born February 28, 1942 in Indiana. Donald was preceded in death by his parents:, Howard & Elizabeth “Betty” King Gagen; brother, Joseph Gagen. He is survived by wife, Sara Strother Gagen; daughters, Donna Gagen, Kris Reno & husband Donald; grandchildren, Amanda Zimmer, Christopher Reno, Nichalas Reno; great grandchildren: Saoirse, Anathema, Jadon, Cloi & Camron; and a host of friends & family to mourn his passing. The family will receive friends: 1 – 3 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the Harp Funeral  Home Chapel. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Adam Hunley officiating. Cremation will follow his services. Harp Funeral Home of Jellico is in charge of arrangements.
