Troy Grubb, born in 1983, theft-shoplifting under $500 – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years after first seven days are served, sentence to be served on weekends, $100.19 restitution to Wal-Mart, plus court costs, stay out of Wal-Mart. Stephen Hacker, born in 1996, speeding 10 mph over limit – $10 fine plus court costs. Tina Hicks, born in 1977, possession of marijuana, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor – 180-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, plus court costs. Joseph Howington, born in 1993, theft-shoplifting – 90-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years after first 30 days are served, plus court costs. Joseph R. Johnson, born in 1963, fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury – 30-day jail sentence concurrent with state time, court costs, no contact with complaining witness. Breanna R. Jones, born in 1998, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs under 21 years old – 30-day jail sentence suspended, $100 fine plus court costs. Villalta Porfirio, born in 1972, no auto insurance, no operator’s/moped license, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle – $625 fine plus court costs. Amanda Rogers, born in 1982, theft-shoplifting under $500 – 30-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years after first seven days are served, stay out of Wal-Mart. Amanda L. Archer, born in 1985, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no auto insurance, improper  registration plate, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle – $600 fine plus court costs. Shania Carr, born in 1996, alcohol intoxication – $25 fine plus court costs. Terry Michael Coffey, born in 1977, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, attend two Narcotics Anonymous/Alcoholics Anonymous meetings weekly plus court costs. Taylor A. Duke, born in 1998, alcohol intoxication – charge dismissed, community service completed. Samantha J. Haynes, born in 1989 – motion for shock probation denied.
