Capps, born in 1979, failure to wear seatbelts, failure to use child restraint device – $50 fine plus court costs. Poore, born in 1985, third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol – 90-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years after first four days are served, credit two days already served, $25 fine plus court costs. Johnson, born in 1994, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid – Dec. 19 sentencing hearing scheduled. Conda Lynn Jones, born in 1967, theft by unlawful taking/disposition shoplifting – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, $500 fine plus court costs. Stuart A. Jones, born in 1978, speeding 12 mph over limit – paid in full. David Kilbury, born in 1975, third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument – Nov. 7 sentencing hearing. Michael Lambdin, born in 1997, speeding 23 mph over limit – paid in full. Jeremy W. Melton, born in 1992, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required auto insurance – $500 fine of which all but $50 is probated, plus court costs. Austin A. Morgan, born in 1996, possession of marijuana – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, $50 fine plus court costs. Shannon R. West, born in 1978, failure to wear seatbelts, booster seat violations – $50 fine. Brian N. Carrier, born in 1990, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $50, third-degree criminal trespassing – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years after first nine months are serve, $550 fine plus court costs. David Davis, born in 1971, fugitive – extradition waived to Georgia. Jamie Hoover, born in 1990, fugitive from another state – extradition waived. John T. Brooks, born in 1988, failure to wear seatbelts, possession of marijuana – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, $25 fine plus court costs. Jason D. Brown, born in 1986, fourth-degree assault – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, court cost, to complete domestic violence counseling. Jason D.
