Johnson, born in 1997 – charges dismissed without prejudice, completed diversion successfully. Jessica A. Lawson, born in 1985, resisting arrest – six-month jail sentence probated for two years, plus court costs. Samantha Taylor Lovett, born in 1979 – charge dismissed without prejudice, completed diversion successfully. Calvin D. Nelson, born in 1988, possession of marijuana – $25 fine plus court costs. Sherry L. Rountree, born in 1962, endangering the welfare of a minor – $25 fine plus court costs. Chad Lambdin – charges dismissed without prejudice, completed diversion successfully. Kayla Lawson, born in 1988, theft by unlawful taking/disposition shoplifting – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years after first nine months are served, court costs. The following cases were heard by Judge Fred White in Whitley County District Court on Aug. 29: Jerry Coyt, born in 1949, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 90 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $200 fine plus fees and costs. Clifford W. Middleton, born in 1984, two counts of second-degree fleeing or evading police – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, plus court costs. Gallegos Alvarez, born in 1982, speeding 10 mph over limit, no operators/moped license – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, $35 fine plus court costs. Joshua L. Ball, born in 1985, controlled substance prescription not in original container – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years plus court costs. Felisha R. Bowles, born in 1998, reckless driving – $100 fine plus court costs. Adam C. Fite, born in 1985, illegal possession of a legend drug, prescription not in proper container, controlled substance prescription not in original container – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years plus court costs. Teague, born in 1991, second-degree fleeing or evading police – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, plus court costs. Derrick W. Tabatha Sue Wagers, born in 1991, contempt of court – 30-day jail sentence but she may receive shock probation once proof of her community service is provided.
