David Keith Brantley, born in 1962, theft-shoplifting under $500, third-degree criminal trespassing &#x2013; 12-month jail sentence probated for two years after serving 30 days, credit four days already served, $300 fine plus court costs. Haynes, born in 1989, third-degree criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol &#x2013; 12-month jail sentence, $193 fines and court costs. Michael Leach, born in 1967, failure to wear seatbelts, driving on a DUI suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia &#x2013; 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, must attend two Narcotics Anonymous/Alcoholics Anonymous meetings weekly, $25 fine plus court costs. Pridemore, born in 1963, giving officer a false name or address, operating on a suspended/revoked operator&#x2019;s license &#x2013; 180-day jail sentence probated for two years, $373 fines and court costs.
