David Keith Brantley, born in 1962, theft-shoplifting under $500, third-degree criminal trespassing – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years after serving 30 days, credit four days already served, $300 fine plus court costs. Samantha J. Haynes, born in 1989, third-degree criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol – 12-month jail sentence, $193 fines and court costs. Michael Leach, born in 1967, failure to wear seatbelts, driving on a DUI suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, must attend two Narcotics Anonymous/Alcoholics Anonymous meetings weekly, $25 fine plus court costs. Harry E. Pridemore, born in 1963, giving officer a false name or address, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license – 180-day jail sentence probated for two years, $373 fines and court costs. Pridemore, born in 1963, no/expired other state registration receipt or plate, license not in possession, no auto insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 90 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $500 fine plus fees and costs. Joshua A. Abrams, born in 1988, second-degree fleeing or evading police – 60-day jail sentence probated for two years after first eight days are served, plus court costs. Bruce A. Aldridge, born in 1976, receiving stolen property under $500 – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, $133 court costs. Shannon C. Bargo, born in 1988, no auto insurance – $193 fine and court costs. Robert Wayne Davis, born in 1968, no rear view mirror – $25 fine plus court costs. Rose Anna Dople, born in 1977, possession of marijuana – 90-day  jail sentence probated for two years, plus court costs and public defender fee. Tiffany M. Elliott, born in 1990, no/expired registration plates, failure to produce auto insurance cards – $183 fines and court costs. David A. Gilley, born in 1979, fourth-degree assault – 60-day jail sentence, credit 60 days already served, plus court costs, credit time served towards court costs. Arthur D. Hill, born in 1967, theft by unlawful taking shoplifting under $500 -14-day jail sentence probated for two years, credit 11 days already served, plus court costs, credit time served towards court costs.
