Hunter Eaton, born in 1999, possession of marijuana – dismissed, completed diversion terms. Stanton Colby Fritts, born in 1986, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief – 90-day jail sentence probate for two years, plus costs. Troy Grubb, born in 1983, bench warrant issued for contempt of court – failure to pay restitution as ordered, 30-day jail sentence to serve. Anthony Joseph Harczynski, born in 1976, resident hunting/trapping without license/permit, hunting without a hunter education course completion card, illegal take/pursue deer/wild turkey, regulations necessary to implement KRS 150 purpose, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, $400 fine plus court costs, forfeit weapon to Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife. William Henry Harris, born in 1966, violation of Kentucky E.P.O./D.V.O. – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, court costs, follow all E.P.O./D.V.O. orders. Thomas Hersey, born in 1973, second-degree fleeing or evading police, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years after first 90 days are served, credit 20 days already served, plus court costs, credit time served for costs.
