McVay, born in 1982, third-degree criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia – 90-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $100 fine plus court costs. Daryl D. Parker, born in 1985, no/expired registration plates, no auto insurance, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license – 90-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $75 fine plus court costs. Christopher P. Rogers, born in 1984, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, no auto insurance – 90-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $75 fine plus court costs. The following cases were heard by Judge Fred White in Whitley County District Court on Jan. 2: Christian D. Grein, born in 1998, bench warrant issued for failure to appear – $143 fine owed, $143 cash bond set. William Carl Huckaby Jr., born in 1967, bench warrant issued for failure to appear – $25 fine owed, $25 cash bond set. Brittney D. Marlow, born in 1986, bench warrant issued for failure to appear – $168 fine owed, $168 cash bond set. Joseph Mowery, born in 1971, bench warrant issued for failure to appear – $208 fine owed, $208 cash bond set. Housing Authority of Williamsburg vs. Carl Bennett – order to vacate granted, seven days to vacate of appeal. Housing Authority of Williamsburg vs. Kevin Davis – order to vacate granted, seven days to vacate or appeal. Rocky Henson, pled guilty to two unlisted counts in 2013 traffic case – $125 fine plus court costs. The following cases were heard by Judge Fred White in Whitley County District Court on Jan. 3: Billy Jo Barkley, born in 1983, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia – 60-day jail sentence probated for two years. Beverly A. Barton, born in 1986, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 30 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $200 fine plus fees and costs. Donnie Randall Bryant, born in 1977, theft under $500 – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, court costs, $1,776.82 restitution to W.D. Bryants. Jennifer Duncan, born in 1972, second-degree disorderly conduct – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years. Rocky Henson, born in 1976, theft under $500 – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, court costs, $300 restitution to Joyce Taylor. Ashley L. Lay, born in 1983 – motion for shock probation granted. Randy Miller, born in 1994, theft under $500 – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, court costs, credit time served for costs and fines. Rachel Smith, born in 1987, possession of marijuana, second-degree possession of a controlled substance – 60-day jail sentence probated for two years. The following cases were heard by Judge Cathy Prewitt in Whitley County District Court on Jan. 5: Adam King, born in 1983, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed deadly weapon – six-month jail sentence probated for two years, $773 fines and court costs. The following cases were heard by Judge Cathy Prewitt in Whitley County District Court on Jan. 8: James W. Allen, born in 1989, possession of a controlled substance – 90-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $200 fine plus court costs. Shanna Ballew, born in 1988, speeding 5 mph over limit – $5 fine plus court costs. Joseph S. Bauer, born in 1984, no/expired registration plates, no auto insurance – $75 fine.
