The following cases were heard by Judge Fred White in Whitley County District Court on Oct. 25: Shanon D. Breedlove, born in 1971, no operator&#x2019;s/moped license, careless driving &#x2013; $183 fines and court costs. Shanon D. Breedlove, born in 1971, failure to illuminate head lamps, reckless driving, failure to or improper signal, operating on a suspended/revoked operator&#x2019;s license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper equipment, no auto insurance &#x2013; 270-day jail sentence probated for two years after the first four days are served, credit two days already served, operator&#x2019;s license suspended for 90 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $825 fine plus fees and costs. Gregory Allen Kersey, born in 1975, obstructed vision and/or windshield, failure to wear seatbelts, third-degree possession of a controlled substance &#x2013; 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, must enroll in and complete long-term rehab, $50 fine. Tiffany Morgan, born in 1987, second-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, theft under $500, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no auto insurance &#x2013; 12-month jail sentence probated after first seven days are served, credit 10 days already served, operator&#x2019;s license suspended for 12 months, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $350 fine plus fees and costs.
