Powers, born in 1993, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree possession of a controlled substance – 12-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $163 fine and court costs, forfeit any properties seized from arrest. Ted P. Salmons, born in 1958, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – license suspended for 30 days, $738 fine, fee and court costs. Sarah E. Powers vs. Keith C. Powers – motion for contempt sustained, order entered. Megan M. Dickey vs. Thomas J. Sharp Jr. – motion for contempt sustained, order of arrest. Kathy Newport vs. Heather Stephenson – motion for contempt sustained, order of arrest. Harvey McCullough vs. Jerry Fritts – judgment for plaintiff for $2,500 plus 12 percent interest. Gloria L.
