Boyd, born in 1989, second-degree fleeing or evading police – six-month jail sentence probated for two years plus court costs. Eric A. Bushey, born in 1973 – $50 fine plus court costs. Robert S. Corbin, born in 1993, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, controlled substance prescription not in original container – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, credit 24 days already served, $163 court costs. Huskey, born in 1996 – motion for shock probation denied, wrong case. Todd Martin Jackson, born in 1978, failure to wear seatbelts, careless driving – $50 fine plus $133 court costs. Thomas R. Melton, born in 1987, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance, contempt of court – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, credit 27 days already served, $550 fine, $133 court costs.
