Cody Bramlett, born in 1992, improper equipment – $50 fine plus court costs. Rebecca Brummett, speeding 5 mph over limit – $5 fine plus court costs. Elizabeth A. Fultz, born in 1983, speeding 5 mph over limit – $5 fine plus court costs. Derrick Gambrel, born in 1992, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia – six-month jail sentence probated for two years, $300 fine plus court costs. Jeffrey Jarvis, born in 1995, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 90 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $200 fine plus fees and costs.
