Parrott Joe Bill “J.B.” Parrott, 71, of Jellico, Tenn. passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, June 2, 2011 with the funeral starting at 8 p.m. in the chapel of Harp Funeral Home with Rev. Lester Cox officiating. He was laid to rest in the Bowlin Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 3, 2011. Harp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
